Hi, I’m Tamiko & I’ve been where you are.
I didn't start out as a coach. I started out as a woman who noticed a gap in herself, and in the women around her. A gap in confidence. In direction. In permission to take up space and lead.
So I went and filled it: Through real-world experience in agriculture, manufacturing, and finance. Through a Master's degree, Maxwell Leadership certifications, and years of working inside corporate teams and boardrooms. Through building my own business from the ground up.
What I bring to every coaching relationship, and every stage I step onto, isn't just training, it's everything I've lived. I'm not the tugboat that pulls you to shore. I'm the lighthouse. You do the work. I help you see the way.
