I give audiences a framework for recognizing scarcity thinking before it takes hold, and the tools to disrupt it before it costs them their best leaders. Resilience After Rock Bottom: Lessons Learned on the Farm
The most powerful leadership lessons never happen in a boardroom. Through stories of building in the margins of an already full life, I help audiences reconnect with exactly what they are made of. They leave knowing how to get back up and how to build the kind of capital that compounds over a lifetime.
Keynote
The signature experience. A tailored talk delivered to your full audience, typically 45 to 60 minutes, with optional Q&A. Best for conferences, annual events, and gatherings where you want one voice to set the tone.
Workshop
Interactive, hands-on, and built for smaller groups. Workshops typically run 90 minutes to a half-day and give participants real tools to take with them. Best for leadership programs, offsites, and team development days.
