Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you work with?

Mostly two groups: midlife women who are ready to reconnect with their own purpose and step into rooms they were always meant to own, and executive teams or HR leaders navigating a culture that isn't thriving the way it used to. Those might be different rooms, but the work is the same: helping people lead from a place of clarity instead of autopilot.

What's the difference between coaching and speaking? Can I book both?

  • Coaching is the deep, ongoing work. 1:1 or in a group container, building something over weeks or months.
  • Speaking is a single, high-impact moment. A keynote, workshop, or panel built for your event or audience.

Plenty of organizations book both: a keynote to open the conversation, then coaching or workshops to keep it going.

What's the ACT framework?

ACT is the framework behind every coaching offer and much of what I bring to the stage:

  • Align: Reframing limiting beliefs, uncovering your strengths, and getting honest about where you actually are.
  • Climb: Finding your people, your mentors, and the kind of aligned action that builds real momentum.
  • Thrive: Continuing to grow and lead, and extending that impact to the people around you.

It's not a one-time exercise. It's the foundation we build upon.

How do I know if 1:1 coaching or the Capital Gains Collective is the right fit?

  • 1:1 coaching is built for the woman who needs a confidential, fully custom space to think out loud and do the deepest work without an audience.
  • The Capital Gains Collective is built for the woman who wants that same transformation alongside community: structure, accountability, and other women doing the work right beside her.

Both paths lead to meaningful transformation. The question is whether this season calls for a private container or the power of community.

What happens on a discovery call?

  • We talk through where you are right now and what's not working.
  • I ask questions, and you do most of the talking.
  • I'll tell you honestly whether I think we're a fit, and which path makes the most sense if we are.

How much does it cost to work with me?

Pricing varies by offer. Details for The Capital Gains Collective and 1:1 coaching are available on the Work With Me page, while speaking engagements and corporate training are custom quoted after an initial conversation.

Is coaching done in person or virtually?

Sessions are held virtually, which means location is never a barrier, and I can work with women and teams across the country. The private community space for the Capital Gains Collective is also fully online, so the work fits into your life instead of asking you to rearrange it. In-person coaching is available upon request.

How long does coaching take, and when will I start seeing results?

That depends on the container. The Capital Gains Collective runs in 4-month or full-year terms, and 1:1 coaching is custom-built around your goals and pace. Most women start to feel a shift in clarity within the first few sessions, but real, lasting change that compounds tends to show up over months, not days. We focus on building a foundation, not a quick fix.

Do you only work with women?

My 1:1 coaching and group coaching are built specifically for women, and the lived experience behind those offers reflects that. That said, my corporate work, including DISC training, executive coaching, and leadership workshops, is built for entire teams. It absolutely includes men in leadership and HR roles working to build a healthier culture.

What if I'm not in crisis, just feeling stuck?

Good! You don't have to hit rock bottom to do this work, and waiting until things fall apart isn't a requirement. Most of the women I work with aren't in crisis. They're successful by every outside measure and just quietly aware that something's off. That quiet awareness is exactly the right time to start.

Do you only do keynotes, or other speaking formats too?

Three formats, all customized to your audience and outcome:

  • Keynote: A tailored talk for your full audience, typically 45 to 60 minutes with optional Q&A. Best for conferences and annual events.
  • Workshop: Interactive and hands-on, running 90 minutes to a half day. Best for leadership programs, off-sites, and team development days.
  • Panel: My perspective brought into a broader conversation, fireside chat, or moderated discussion.

What's "In the Weeds with T"?

It's a free Facebook community for women who are done playing small and ready to do something about it. No perfection required and no purchase necessary. The only requirement is a willingness to show up, connect, and be reminded that the life and career you want is possible.

How do I book you to speak at my event?

Submit a speaking inquiry and tell me about your event, your audience, and what you want them to walk away with.
